The Two‑Minute Reset
Use this when your day feels scattered. Two minutes is enough to rebuild direction.
- Stand up and look at a fixed point.
- Inhale slowly for 4, exhale for 6, three rounds.
- Ask: “What is the next right step?”
- Write the smallest version of it.
- Do it immediately.
After you run it, submit a check-in in the Client Portal with one sentence: “I ran the reset and my next step is ___.”
