The Two‑Minute Reset

Use this when your day feels scattered. Two minutes is enough to rebuild direction.

  1. Stand up and look at a fixed point.
  2. Inhale slowly for 4, exhale for 6, three rounds.
  3. Ask: “What is the next right step?”
  4. Write the smallest version of it.
  5. Do it immediately.

After you run it, submit a check-in in the Client Portal with one sentence: “I ran the reset and my next step is ___.”
